Repairs & Returns


If a product does not perform to your statisfaction or has a defect (within the terms of the warranty) then you can send it back to us for evaluation. The product may be sent directly to Bushbaby or sent via your represented retailer.

To process a claim we require:
  • The original invoice/receipt number and date of purchase
  • Your name, address and daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address
  • Details of the defect or fault – please use warranty return forms to indicate this
  • Please download and complete the appropriate form
